HP's 2U answer to the R730, built on the same E5-2600 v3 and v4 generation. iLO 4 handles remote management. The chassis is well engineered and quieter than Dell equivalents at low load, but HP's firmware updates now sit behind a support contract, which matters if you care about staying patched.
Across 57 listings tracked in the last three days, the median total cost in USD including shipping is $296, and the lowest is $160. RackSniper flags a listing once it falls at or below 70 percent of the trailing 30 day median, which for this product means roughly $207 or less. Condition and configuration vary widely on used enterprise hardware, so treat the median as a reference point rather than a target.
